Here at TCR, we have the facilities to provide our customers with a place to hold parties and events.
Multi Sport Parties
Ages 6-16
We will plan a party that will be memorable to the child and Mom & Dad. First, our party coordinator will gather the kids together and divide them into teams. For 2-2 ½ hours, the kids will follow a program designed by the party family, selected from an array of great games conducted in one or all of our party sports facilities.
Play basketball, soccer, dodge-ball and floor hockey in the gym; “chaos”, “around the world”, “beat the pro” and “targets” on the courts*; races, marco polo, “treasure dives” and free-swim in the pool. Guaranteed fun, organized, age-appropriate activities where everyone ends up a winner.
After the energetic fun, we seat the kids for snacks, drinks, pizza and cake to complete what is sure to be one of your child's most exciting parties. The kids should bring sports attire, sneakers, bathing suit and towel along with lots of energy and a smile. Mom and Dad need only bring a cake and camera (goodie bags optional) and get ready for a great show.
TCR provides all paper goods, helium balloons, snacks, drinks and pizza for the children. Additional arrangements for parent refreshments may be made.

Ballroom Party Rentals
The Ballroom and Party Bar may be reserved for up to 45 guests. Chairs and tables are included. Call for catering quote.
Available Times: Saturday & Sunday after 7:00pm. Other times by appointment.

Bar Bat Mitzvah Celebrations
Do something memorable for your special event. Use our tennis courts, swimming pool, bymnasium, ballroom, and our glittery Party Bar. We provide four tennis-pro staff or party coordinators and a porter.
Available Times: Saturday & Sunday, 7:30pm-11:30pm. Other times by appointment.

Catering Kitchen & Rental Items
From wraps and burgers to smoked salmon and guacamole, from Penne vodka to a fajita bar, we do it on the premises.

Transport
Have a TCR staffer pick up your children from Manhattan, Riverdale or Westchester in our 14-passenger van or mini-vans. Multiple stops may be additional.
Fees for Round-trip service: $175 for 14 passenger van, $150 for mini-van. (Parties & Events brochure with rates and application)
Cancellation Policy: No refunds. TCR credit at director's discretion.
