There are very few low-impact exercises that boast the same level of fitness as swimming. Cardio, flexibility, strength, endurance, and overall health all improve with every moment in the pool. At TCR we offer a fantastic indoor swimming pool with classes and private instruction as well as free swim time, too. Stop in and hop in!
