Zumba has fast become one of America's favorite cardio exercises and for good reason! Upbeat, exciting music, lively instructors, and a class full of students of all fitness levels makes for an incredibly fun class that burns lots of calories and improves overall health.
This popular dance fitness workout incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Gold version is the lower-impact version geared toward newcomers and seniors, but we have a class for every fitness level.
