ABOUT REY

Rey has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. Becoming a personal trainer has always been one of his main goals in life, and it has allowed him to share his years of education and extensive experience in the fitness industry with clients, improving their health and well-being. His clientele include teens, adults, sport-specific athletes and special populations.

Every workout with Rey focuses on strict attention to postural alignment and breath control. The training sessions allow Rey's clients to achieve success in the areas of weight control, toning, balance/stability, flexibility, muscle gain and cardiovascular improvements.
